At iBELL, we stand by the quality of our home appliances and tools. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your iBELL account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original brand packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts that were included in the box.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free courier pickup from your delivery address or provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
